• About me

     

    Based in Quakers Yard and working in the surrounding areas, I have recently decided I want to make a career out of something I am really passionate about.

     

    I believe it is so important for people to have an outside area that they can enjoy, even if that is just looking out at their garden through the window. I love being given the chance to tidy up or totally transform a garden.

     

    It could be said I was destined to be a gardener, as my parents named me Katherine Elizabeth so that my initials would spell “KEW” after KEW Gardens where they went on their first date! In my late 20s I became
    really interested in gardening and this year I completed an RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture.

  • Services

     

    I am interested in the environment and Organic Gardening so I don’t use weedkillers or insecticides, preferring to find an organic solution.

     

    I don’t currently have a waste carrier’s license so I can’t remove garden waste from your property but I will clear it up ready for collection by the council. If you don’t have a green waste bag I can help you order one from the council. If you prefer I can build you a compost heap or make bags of leaf mold to make use of in the garden in the future!

     

    I am fully insured and have a recent DBS certificate.

     

    Garden maintenance services I offer include:

    Weeding, leaf clearance, lawn mowing, strimming, planting, pruning, dead-heading, border maintenance, hedge trimming (up to 6 foot), fence repairs.
